Rebuild routes on 'Autogrid settings' form submit

Problem/Motivation

When updating the 'Autogrid settings' form (/admin/config/content/autogrid/settings), the routes are not available until the cache is cleared.

Steps to reproduce

Update 'Autogrid settings'
Confirm that 'Manage data' tab is not appearing as expected
Clear cache
Confirm that 'Manage data' tab is now appearing as expected

Proposed resolution

Rebuild routes on 'Autogrid settings' form submit
