tested the given patch on Drupal 10.3.5,
it removes the upgrade status warning "Call to function kpr should not exist."

The proposed code throws a fatal error if the devel module is not installed:
Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ServiceNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent service "devel.dumper". in Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container->get() (line 159 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php). -
