Multi-line header_top does not show on user//edit and user//profile pages

Problem/Motivation

at /admin/appearance/socialblue select 2 lines for header
add content to the header_top
goto any page and it shows up
goto user/x/edit
or
goto user/x/profile
the top line of the two lines is not there
