Hi can you please provide steps to reproduce starting from install Drupal core. Core doesn't provide a quote feature so there must be some other modules or configuration in the mix

Given other models work in LB going to say this is either a quote or theme problem.
Moving to quote module for now, but I'd suggest trying a different theme as well.
