Add reply-to name setting to email handler

Problem/Motivation

We have Send name to compliment Send email it would be nice to also have Reply-to name to compliment Reply-to email.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Look at email handler settings
  2. Notice there is a Send name setting
  3. Notice there is not a Reply-to name setting

Proposed resolution

Add Reply-to name.

New setting Reply-to name appears.
