🐛 isActiveStorageContext() fails in 9.5.x Fixed has been fixed (thanks @tadean!) and Config Normalizer 8.x-1.0-beta1 is now available.
The attached patch increased the minimum version of config_normalizer to 8.x-1.0-beta1 which should fix the test failure.
