Should not the project page be explicit that issues for those pages should be reported in a different issue queue?
In particular, issues on documentation for contributed projects should be reported on the project queue, since maintainers are not notified for issues posted in this queue when they can better understand if the proposed changes are correct.
The project page already contains the following sentence, but probably the given linked is not followed and all Drupal documentation is taken to literally mean all the documentation, including the documentation guides for contributed projects and for Drupal core policies.
This is the main project for all Drupal documentation.

I am changing this to a bug because this is misleading information.
I changed the project description as suggested in the issue summary.
That works for me. I think it is an improvement, and of course, it can easily be changed.
