Replace README.txt with README.md

Updated 12 April 2023, about 1 year ago

We could be using README.md instead of README.txt to make use of the nicer rendering via markdown.

Now that we've moved to GitLab, we should probably use Markdown instead of plain .txt files for our documentation

This is not an interesting addition to the module, but thanks for your time.

Also, the change is completely wrong. It has coding standard errors. And this text has nothing to do with anything even remotely related to this module:

The module has no menu or modifiable settings. There is no configuration. When
enabled, the module will prevent the links from appearing. To get the links
back, disable the module and clear caches.

I appreciate you are trying to do some sort of contribution here, and thank your for that. But this is some random copy pasting you are doing, and it being completely wrong means this is borderline spam for me as a maintainer. A better use of your (and other peoples) time would be actually using modules and identifying actual issues. Or even trying to solve open issues.

I wish you all your best in your contribution efforts. Thanks again!🤓️✌️
