Add opportunity to export import content menu items with translations

Thanks for the basic patch, but it was not enough.

Here is what I added to fully support menu_link_content:

1. Posibility to export/import parent menu item
2. Possibility to export/import linked entity.
3. Possibility to export/import menu link when exporting/importing node.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
