Create 3.0.1 release for Media Bulk Upload

Problem/Motivation

Now that 📌 Drupal 10 compatibility Fixed has been merged, let's look at creating a new release. Note that the branch is 3.0.x rather than 3.x, so the release will be 3.0.1 instead of 3.1.0 which would be more appropriate. It would be busy work IMO to create a new 3.1.x branch and confusing to create 3.x branch now.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create 3.0.1 release and make it recommended.

Remaining tasks

Review RTBC issues to see what else can be included
Merge any approved RTBC issues and mark fixed
Create 3.0.1 tag
Create 3.0.1 release with release notes and mark recommended

Went through all issues and there are a lot that could be included in a new release. Rather than hold up the Drupal 10 release, I'll make a release now with that. Then, we can do another release soon with several fixes.
