Exposed filter not coming on All Members view

Problem/Motivation

We have inbuilt view of All members with exposed filter as a block, but when we open the /all-members page the exposed filters block is not visible. Looks like some issue in exposed filter.

View Name: Newest users (Profile)

Steps to reproduce

- Install Open social 11.6.8
- Activate Social profile
- Visit /all-members page (Here you will just see the listed members exposed filter block you will not see on right side)
- Exposed filter block name: "Exposed form: newest_users-page_newest_users"

Another approach:
- Create an attachment and attach to view page /all-members
- In this attachment add the filters and exposed them
- In this scenario as well you will not see any exposed filter on the page
