error log images not found

If your base theme is not located on /themes/contrib/bootstrap_barrio folder, you have to copy CSS lines referencing the SVG location to your subtheme CSS

Why not simplifying the life, while indicate the URL:
../../images/feed.svg
../../images/required.svg

That will solve the issue, without moving the theme in "contrib" folder.
