Oops, I filed a duplicate -- more details there though so closing for ✨ use DraggableListBuilder Active .
Now you can add a weight to each environment but to sort the list you need to enter and edit each environment. This feature should be available from the environment list page admin/config/development/environment-indicator/switcher.
Go to the environment list page and try to reorder the list admin/config/development/environment-indicator/switcher
Add a way to reorder the environments from the list page admin/config/development/environment-indicator/switcher
Create the patch.
