You can safely use Drush 11 with Drupal 10 and PHP 8.1, while you wait for this issue to be fixed:

No worries! We absolutely want to support Drush 12 at some point :)

Validated the latest release of 4.x using Drush 12 and there doesn't seem to be any issue running the command. Entities are updated as expected and no warnings are displayed. Though it's probably best to wait with actually adding support for Drush 12 until the RC or stable release is created.

I dont see any benefit in waiting. No majoy APi changes are expected for Drush 12.
