Create a hook_update_N to update the label of Paragraph type for timeline

Problem/Motivation

Recently we updated the label of paragraph type of Timeline event to use the same standard of other EBT project at ✨ Update the paragraph name of Timeline Event to have the standard prefix of other paragraphs Fixed . It works fine for new users and now we need to create a hook_update_n to start using on users that already have the ebt_timeline installed since the config/install folder is ready only in install process

Implements hook_update_N -> Load paragraph type -> Set the new label -> Save the object entity
