Update the paragraph name of Timeline Event to have the standard prefix of other paragraphs

Problem/Motivation

On EBT projects we've different paragraph types and they're organized with the standard prefix "EBT", but the ebt_timeline isn't following the standard of others.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Update the paragraph type name to use the prefix EBT to be the same of other EBT projects -> Export the config object into config/install folder as well
