Cache context headers:User-Agent makes the Internal Page Cache module unusable.
Because almost all devices has it's own User-Agent header.
On every page in X-Drupal-Cache-Contexts cookie I have: headers:User-Agent.

I guess the solution is to create custom mobile_detect_device_type and mobile_detect_platform cache contexts.
