I am seeing the same issue reported on https://www.drupal.org/project/product_taxonomy_filter/issues/3354323 🐛 Error in Drupal 10 - Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginException: Plugin (entity:taxonomy_term) instance class "Drupal\taxonomy\Plugin\views\argument_validator\Term" does not exist Needs review , but only on D10.
