Offering to maintain or co-maintain Node Order

Hi, xpersonas. Site moderator here. Just some pieces advice:

To avoid the process of adding you as maintainer from being stalled again, please the read the the page describing How to become project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer → carefully.

For instance, steps #2 and #3 says:

1. If enabled, use the Contact tab on the owner profile page to contact the project owner, asking to post a comment on the issue you posted. […]
2. Report in the issue summary the users who have been contacted for the offer and how.

Just to make it clear: If you fail to carry out all the steps listed on that page, processing of your offer by the site moderators will be further delayed.

Also: The project has a lot of additional maintainers → that can add you to the team. To speed things up, it may be a good idea to contact all of them.

Sorry about the red tape, but overriding the prerogative of project owner of managing the project team is a sensitive matter, and there is a very strict procedure the site moderators must follow when doing this.

There are just maintainers (users with all the permissions on the project). The following users can add co-maintainers/maintainers.

• dieuwe →
• jgraham →
• jhedstrom →
• jrockowitz →
• pvanderspek →
• valthebald →

It is sufficient one of them replies on this issue saying he accepts or declines the offer.

I am happy to accept this offer. I took over the module for D7 back in 2016 for its final stable releases and have not needed in since, but it looks like maintenance on a D8 version stalled in around 2020.
