The dev version of module works for D8, D9 and D10.

I'd be happy to review any further suggestions or bugfixes, if any, but for now I'm not seeing any reasons why something should be changed.

I am ok with the current changes only thing I hope is to have atleast alpha or beta release, so user can get to know the module works for D8/9/10.

Currently unless user reviews the Dev branch code user will not be aware this module support D8+.

I've just added compatibility info at the module page.

As for the release, it's being blocked due to #2832150: Default field value is currently set to field name. → missing tests.

As a side note, for projects covered by the security advisory policy, only the project maintainers will add as maintainers/co-maintainers people who cannot opt projects into security advisory coverage.
