Override more link

Here's the feature. It just works. On some of my views, I want a view more, some I don't and all of them when a view more exists, I want to control where we send the user.

Hi @heddn, awesome feature request! I've had to change the module code a bit to fix other things so I have rewritten the patch you provided. Could you check if everything is still working for you with the new patch? If so, we can get this committed.

This seems to be working.

It works for newly created block. But breaks the block that was built with 1.1.0.

TypeError: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in Drupal\views_block_override\Plugin\views\display\ViewsBlockOverride->preBlockBuild() (line 363 of modules/contrib/views_block_override/src/Plugin/views/display/ViewsBlockOverride.php).

Perhaps it needs a upgrade path.

Since the patch wasn't released at all, and we could recreate the block with the latest patch.
It is working fine.

Provided merge request for 1.1.x and 1.2.x, this needs to be reverified as the code did change in meantime.

I tested with 1.1.x-dev and 1.2.x-dev with the MR. They were both able to be overridden in the block configuration.
