Thank you for your offer. Just as you said, we do have quite a bit number of RTBC issues, so help is appreciated. I am talking with other maintainers atm and would like to add you as co-maintainers after we got a agreement, so stay tuned.

Done the discussion with the team. I added rjjakes as co-maintainer.

rjjakes does not have any permission on the project. To be co-maintainer, he should be able to at least make commits, edit the project page, maintain issues, and administer releases.

I told him to make branch and we would review before release but he didn't feedback. And my team just finish the upgrade version to stable for Drupal 9 latest and Drupal 10 already. We'll handle it well for community.

I am closing this issue, since rjjakes didn't do anything to be co-maintainer. (There are not even comments from him asking why he does not have sufficient permissions on the project.)
