Consider reworking the icons

Here are the icons attached as a zip (SVG files can't be uploaded). For whoever visits this, they look like this:

The icons look great! and one question @ckrina what do you think in regards of the pen icon? do you agree removing it, change it to something else or would you actually keep it?

@rkoller I had an excellent convo with @ckrina last week. We have solid agreement about removing the pen. It doesn't need to be replaced by anything, we can just override the styles that put it there. I forgot to add that to a ticket.

Marking as fixed as we have removed the pen and added icons for buttons on 2.1.x
