Toolbar z-index error

I could not recreate your bug but i did some optimizations for the Gin theme. Can you test https://www.drupal.org/project/ief_popup/releases/2.0.0-rc1 → ?

If the problem you experienced still exists please give some more details, screenshot, ... .

I've tested with 2.0.0-rc1 and the problem is solved now:)
