Call to getMenuName fails, causing the site to not load

Problem/Motivation

On installing the module, the site fails to load.

Steps to reproduce

* composer require drupal/menu_item_extras
* drush en -y menu_item_extras

Fails on the next page load, without trying to load the menu configuration item.

I've got another bug for another site, although this does work on some of our sites. I will have to investigate further.

Proposed resolution

The entity is not in the content. Will investigate further.
