Provide an admin view in "Reports" to list entities with EAbRF fields and their values

Problem/Motivation

In some situations you have to find out, which entities can be viewed by which role.
As we're using a field, the values should be exposed to views (are they) and thereby filterable.

Once they are, we should provide a generic view at admin/reports/entity-access-by-role-field which lists the entities with restricted access and allow to filter by useful criteria from the field values.
