Group menu translation (Parent link issue)

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Language module
2. Enable Translation modules: Configuration Translation, Content Translation, Interface translation
3. Add new language, and change default language
4. Enable Custom menu link translation on Content entity translation
5. Install 'Group' 3.x module
6. Install 'Group Content Menu' 3.x dev module
7. Create Group menu type
8. Create group type
9. Create group
10. Enable created group menu type for that group with 'Automatically create a menu when a group is created.'
11. Add new link in group menu

When I translate the group menu link, the "Parent link (all languages)" selector is added after saving. After that, the menu link does not appear on the page (for all languages)
