InvocationMocker::withConsecutive() is deprecated in PHPUnit 9.6 and removed from PHPUnit 10 - remaining replacements

InvocationMocker::withConsecutive() is removed from PHPUnit 10.
Therefore the use of the method needs to be replaced.

In 📌 InvocationMocker::withConsecutive() is deprecated in PHPUnit 9.6 and removed from PHPUnit 10 RTBC , an initial set of easy replacements was committed. In this issue, we need to complete the leftover ones.
