Rebuild permissions reminder

Drupal version

9.4.10

Domain module version

8.x-1.0-beta8

Problem/Motivation

After installing this module, setting up Domain records and Domain Access settings on the respective content, it would NOT restrict access. Clearing caches did not help. It was not until some time later it was thought to try to specifically rebuild permissions via the forgotten (and previously not needed) "Rebuild permissions" link (/admin/reports/status/rebuild) in the Node Access Permissions section of the Status Report page. Fortunately that worked! There is no mention of this anywhere in the project's description or the README.md file. This would have saved alot of time...

Proposed Objective

Request to simply add one sentence to the end of README.md's Configuration section, for it all to read as follows:
"The module has no menu or modifiable settings. There is no configuration. When enabled, the module will prevent the links from appearing. To get the links back, disable the module and clear caches. Keep in mind that you may need to rebuild permissions (/admin/reports/status/rebuild) to see each of these changes."
