On Paragraph type for Accordion currently there is no the EBT prefix, we updated it on config/install at

Update the paragraph type label to be standard with all other EBT projects

so sites new using ebt accordion will get the new label updated. Now we need to create a hook_update in order to update the paragraph label on sites that already have the EBT Accordion installed
Create the hook_update_N, load the paragraph type, update the field config object and save
