Update the paragraph type label to be standard with all other EBT projects

Problem/Motivation

In all EBT projects we're using the Paragraph type label using EBT prefixed in the label. For EBT Accordion we also have a paragraph type which is working fine but we don't have the same standard of other paragraph types. Name is Accordion section / FAQ section

Update the paragraph type and export the configuration files into config/install folder
