Suggestion for: (473460) Use Drupal Unicode functions for strings

Since that page is part of the Drupal coding standards, it is better that this type of changes are reviewed from the Coding Standards maintainers.

On review I think I made a mistake when I changed the guide for that page. So it is now back with the Drupal 7 documentation.

Therefor I am closing this.
