Created a patch for responsive styling by restricting 10 heads(10 steps) and 20 heads(20 steps) per line for width less than 600px and greater than 600px respectively. Please refer the screenshots attached. Please review.

I think this type of improvement should be contributed back to Progress Tracker library.
It is OK to work out the CSS here, especially because people can use the patch or inject the CSS into their webforms.
