Ensure all Library Names, SCSS/CSS & JS files are following our naming conventions

Seems only the root module

• /css
• /js

files are affected. At least I didn't find other occurrences. But please double-check.

BTW there's also a "frontend." variant, but I have no idea for a better name there yet.

I think the last time, our conclusion to "frontend" was, that everything, thats not labeled with "admin" is considered as frontend. So we should simply remove this..
