[PP-1] Some of the field summaries are excessively verbose

Problem/Motivation

Some of the field summaries are along the lines of "Entity reference, Reference type: Media, Media type: Image" which is too verbose.

Proposed resolution

Improve some of the common options so that this would be rendered more along the lines of are "Media reference", "Reference: Media", or "Reference (Media)".
