default bid price sometimes cached? should be price + bid step

Problem/Motivation

We've got 0.01 bid step, yet for some reason sometimes the default bid won't submit.
I'm testing out a very bizarre but possible fix as since making this small change haven't noticed an issue.

Steps to reproduce

log into multiple accounts, bid like crazy on different browser sessions

Proposed resolution

Cast min value to (string) seems to fix this
