Sass Cleanup

Just did a review of the sass and made some minor updates:

Removed prefixed CSS since we're using autoprefixer
Simplified sass font functions and removed px fallback
Separated helper files that shouldn't contain CSS (mixins, functions, variables) into their own folder
Added base CSS to remove margin from body & make some form inputs inherit theme font styles
