D10: Stable theme used as base, is deprecated, ckeditor5

Should be able to work around this by using the contrib version of "stable"

Stable is now fetched as a dependency, since 📌 Drupal 10 compatibility Fixed . We'll investigate internally the amount of work needed to not depend on the Stable theme anymore.
