Conditionally hidden text format field results in errors and wsod

Problem/Motivation

When using a conditional (ex. checkbox) to hide a text format element on a multipage webform, saving a draft on a page without the conditionally hidden field will trigger two errors:

TypeError: strpos(): Argument #1 ($haystack) must be of type string, array given in strpos() (line 242 of /mysite/html/modules/contrib/webform/includes/webform.editor.inc)

Warning: Array to string conversion in Drupal\webform\WebformSubmissionStorage->saveData() (line 1324 of /mysite/html/contrib/webform/src/WebformSubmissionStorage.php)

The first error generates a WSOD and is related to php 8.1, I am not sure about the second - it appears when refreshing the page after the WSOD.

Steps to reproduce

1. Import the following webform
2. Leave the checkbox unchecked
3. Proceed to the second page
4. Save draft and the first error will appear
5. Refresh page and second error will appear
