Cross-post and backdate the Drupal 10.0.0 announcement to the project announcements feed.

Problem/Motivation

Suggestion per @catch is that we should cross-post the last major version announcement blog to the announcements feed. That would be: https://www.drupal.org/blog/drupal-10-0-0 โ†’

To be on the safe side, will ask for a plus 1 from core.

Remaining tasks

  • Need RTBC from core
  • Will cross-post
  • Will adjust date
  • Will update the feed

One quirk of the announce feed. The announcements posts do have the extra field for the version constraint. This field is currently only accessible if the primary group content then blog is a part of is the announcements group. To cross-post without literally duplicating I'd probably need to make the primary group the announcement group, and then secondary groups the core group - this would change the breadcrumbs, I believe.

I don't think its a problem if the breadcrumbs are changed. Agree with catch that the 10.0 announcement is a good one for this feed as a kind of thing that will be included. Practically the earliest we expect the module to land is in 10.1, so it will not be news at the time, but it could still be news for the Drupal 7 users that would get this module also if Drupal 7 is supported long enough that we can land it there(?)

Moved primary group to Project Announcements, and set version constraint to: >=7.0

    Updated the feed: https://drupal.org/announcements.json
