@yas, please review this patch. This makes all the API calls to create OpenStack projects/roles/users after creating a Tenant. The resulting ids, and information are stored in the OpenStackTenantProject entity.
I also refactored the initial OpenStackRegion configuration entity. I found it was easier and more straightforward to reuse our OpenStack cloud service providers during the OpenStack API calls.
