js/photoswipe.jquery.js runs before library leading to "Uncaught ReferenceError: PhotoSwipe is not defined"

Fork wasn't created properly by Drupal.org.

Now using dependency instead of parallel loading and hoping for things to work ;)

I'll tag a new 3.2.5 release with this.
