Javascript error viewing user/logs for a user without logs

Problem/Motivation

When viewing the logs-page of a user (user/uid/logs) without logs, there is a javascript error: Uncaught TypeError: drupalSettings.entity_activity is undefined

Steps to reproduce

View the logs page of a freshly created user or one without logs.

Proposed resolution

Add a if-statement preventing the error.
