Entity diagram: filter changes without notification

Problem/Motivation

WCAG 3.2.2: The first filter is immediate (updates as soon as the select option is changed), which makes sense but for someone using a screen reader it's not giving them the information they need to know when it changes.

• As a visual user, I change the first filter, the filters refresh and I can see and understand that my entity filter selection has taken place and the Bundle filter options have changed.
• As a screen reader user, when I change the selection in the Entity dropdown, the next thing I hear is the page title again - which happens to be the same page title as where I was. This is not clear that I made a selection. What just happened? Why did the page title just get read out again? And what is the new selected option in the Entity dropdown?
