Consider adding TaxonomyTermItem similar to NodeItem

Problem/Motivation

Right now taxonomy terms are handle with RouteItem whereas nodes are handled with NodeItem.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Might be good to make things more consistent and add TaxonomyTermItem to handle taxonomy terms.

Remaining tasks

  1. Vet idea
  2. If approved, add TaxonomyTermItem and switch to using that
