@yas Please review this patch. This adds a Dockerfile for the OpenStack CFn template to build from. This Dockerfile has the following two features that isn't in the community version
1. Updated to PHP 8.1
2. Install and sets up Postfix and mailutils. I want to be able to send out emails after the CFn template is completed. - 🇺🇸United States yas California 🇺🇸
