Views filter: Make error message translatable when unable to geocode location

Problem/Motivation

Follow-up of 🐛 InvalidArgumentException: Input doesn't contain a location value. in Drupal\search_api_location_geocoder\Plugin\search_api_location\location_input\Geocode->getParsedInput() Fixed :

I think a nice improvement on this would be to allow a site builder to customize the message. Patch works great otherwise.
