Default language content unpublished when translation is unpublished

Update issue that I was testing.

This is happening when testing with nodes now too.

There is this core bug:

but the status is okay in Drupal so I'm unclear what's going on.

The broken code was added in as part of another issue so removing it:

With this code removed, terms and nodes are as expected when unpublishing the default language or a translation.
