Approve first project announcement in core post

• Post to feed
• Work on 2nd, 3rd posts, etc per @catch's request to have multiple relevant posts for the 'experimental' phase of the new module - these should probably be separate issues, I'm thinking

Althought this issue is new, I've reviewed this post several times and provided feedback in multiple rounds. I think its good to go now.
