Set the ebt_core_background_color in the config/install to new users

Problem/Motivation

Now that we created a new field "Background Color" in the global settings form at 📌 Add the missing "Background Color" into global settings form Fixed we need to add the new config with the default value at config/install folder, with that new users that install the EBT core will have this value in the config by default, that is the expected behaviour

Proposed resolution

Update the yml object at config install folder in the project root with the default value for the background color
